Are my codes stored online?
No. By default, your codes stay only on your device. If you enable iCloud sync (Premium), your data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account — we have no access to it.
How does the automatic reminder work?
The app uses geolocation to detect when you approach a saved address. A notification then reminds you of the code. Your location stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
I lost my codes after an update
If you had iCloud enabled, your codes should sync automatically. Otherwise, contact us — we'll do our best to help.
